Quality:
like all headphones they need to have a plug to plug into the headphone along with into the headphone jack so we would have no more 1 speaker going out, like all headphones.when will they learn
Sound:
this appear to be the same units sold at radio shack that are sometimes half price and are made by koss.koss also sells them but gives a lifetime warranty.they may not be the same but they sound the same excellant!!!!
Support:
have to ship it not lifetime like koss, which is located a few miles from me, not sure if made in usa, sony has too many divisions to worry about headphones customer.this is ahigh quality product.

sound quality is great
