Quality:
I don't know. I have been unable to determine if the output static is a result of poor quality control. The product looks like a well made unit, but again it is unusable.
Value:
No! After 2.5 months I still cannot use the product because of technical problems with the product. As of now I do not have a usable product!! I have a nice looking paperweight.
Sound:
The sound quality in-between the static is great. However, the intermittent static makes the product vertually unusable.
Support:
I have received no support from either the seller, zZounds, or the manufacturer, Shure. After spending time explaining my problem and looking for help, the seller basically said "you bought it, it's not returnable, your problem is not our problem, sorry, call Shure." E-mails to the manufacturer Shure, have gone unanswered.
Overall:
I spent a fair amount of time researching this product line, and arrived at this product based on the input and literature I researched. I also realize that this type of product might have some technical problems, but the lack of response from the the people who got my money is troubling and does not make me want to be a returning customer.
