Quality:
It's put together OK, but the fact that it's so noisy makes this irrelevant.
Desirability:
If you need a mic to stick in the front of a LOUD guitar amp, then this may work for you. Useless for any ambient micing because of noise level. For vocals you have to practically eat the thing to overcome the noise.
Sound:
Hard to hear the sound over the noise!
