The KB 5 was designed as a personal PA system in a keyboard amp. The KB 5 features separate inputs on each channel and can easily handle voice, microphones and other instruments, including acoustic and electrical guitars, drum machines and backing machines, such as CD and DAT players.

Feature:
Love the stereo direct outs. Makes setting up with a house mixer so much easier and faster. Would love to see the amp go stereo someday with the external speaker out. I'll buy the KB-5 again!

Desirability:
I love the new look. Makes the guys in the band drool. It looks like a lead guitar amp and that's fine with me.
Sound:
For the first time in my career, I have a keyboard amp with plenty of power and balance of sound over the entire keyboard range. My synths never sounded so good!
Support:
Can't answer that. Never had to service a Peavey amp or speaker.
Overall:
Well after gigging with it a few times I know I need not look in the future for something better than this. It fits me perfect.
