About the Marshall AVT50X Combo Guitar Amplifier (50 Watts, 1x12 in.)
If you believe that 50 watts of solid-state power isn't sufficient to gig with, then think again, because the AVT50X is definitely the exception to that rule!
Marshall AVT50X Combo Guitar Amplifier (50 Watts, 1x12 in.) Reviews
Quality: No worries.
Value: Hay-ell yay-uss.
Desirability: Not really, just a good functionality.
Sound: It has a great clean channel; nice and clippy, good country popping. The dirt channel has a great, fat, classic Marshall sound that works well with my Cry Baby Wah. My Ibanez Super Chorus is wicked bad on clean. The amp has a big sound, even at low volume. I play both a Les Paul & Strat, and they cook at all volumes. Forget a more expensive tube amp: this is a bad boy for home and small venue performing.
Ease of Use: I wasn't given a manual, although I asked.
Support: N.A.
Overall: I still love & have my Crate G 20 Anniversary Spec Ed after 20 years, with no desire to sell.. I should be satisfied with this one from here on out, but i would like an all-tube amp. I just prefer the reliability of solid state.
