About the Martin 00CXAE Acoustic-Electric Guitar
The 00CX has been carefully engineered for versatility and ease of play. Responding to players' requests, this is a new design with the heart of a Martin. It features onboard active electronics, a 00 thinbody cutaway body with high pressure laminate exterior, bridge and fingerboard, and a Stratabond¬ neck (25.4 in. scale).

Feature:
The Sonicore electronics are great. This guitar has awesome tone plugged in, and is very easy to tailor effects to when necessary. I don't even have to use the midrange and treble settings to get full and rich sounds. The Fishman pickup is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quality:
After i had a terrible accident with my x1 model during an recording session, i had to get another Martin fast. I went to my local Guitar Center here in North Olmsted,Ohio and found this model. I left the store happy and content, that i had found a very capable guitar to use extensively on all types of music. This guitar never lets me down!
Value:
This guitar gives me exactly what i need from an acoustic guitar. I play it every day with great response from the guitar. I can't replace the feel and warmth of the neck, and the balance of the the body of the guitar.
Sound:
I purchased this guitar after a terrible disaster with my x1 Martin acoustic. I went into my guitar store dishearted, and anxious to find a replacement asap for gig obligations. The guitar plays like butter, and I recommend it to anyone who wants versatility and great sound. I use extensively on live dates for all acoustic material- original and cover, and i have never been dissapointed. This is a great guitar-period.
