Built very sturdy, All metal casing, heavy and solid.
Value:
It's a great deal. I don't have any idea what the "remeber you get what you pay for" reveiw is about. Nobody questions Mackie's ability, they build a superior product, always.

Got one.

Extremely clean sound. I went through 4 mixer, all from different manufacturers before settling down with this one.

Don't know, never needed Makcie support.
