About the Fender FR50 Resonator Guitar
Great for the bluegrass or blues player, the FR-50 is a round neck resonator guitar with Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, Rpsewood fingerboard, and die-cast tuners. Note the distinct Fender "F" holes on the body.

Great guitar at a very good price. I've paid twice as much for less value.
Sound:
Very versatile instrument. Easy to play, nice action that is firm but not too hard. Responds well to alternate tunings and sounds great when using a slide. A good alternate to an electric guitar while still keeping with acoustic tradition.
