fit and finish were great! American is the only way to go.. The finish was flawless
Value:
paid what i wanted and saved even more..
Sound:
the sound was twaingy..if thats what your looking for its a 10. not the blues deep tone i thought it would be..
Support:
so far the support has been great.. when my return is credit in full it will be a 10.. Would do it all over again..
Overall:
Over all the product was great. the customer service has been there so far. (Still waiting to see how return goes for my credit.) I was not happy with the tone of the hss but that was just my personal feelings. the instrument was a great peice of work and have no doubts that all products from zzound would be the same. Wish i could have kept my business here but found beter price and when i calld to have zounds match they said they couldnt go that low. So i went somewere else..But still give them a 9 over all.
