Quality:
No complaints here - I've had one for years - this is my second one for another Ibanez guitar.
Value:
20 Bucks? Great value.
Desirability:
Fender logo is nice touch - but I'll be carrying my Ibanez RG in it.
Overall:
I may get a gig bag with more thicker padding at some point. This is definitely the best gig-bag value out there.
