About the Eden DC210XLT Bass Combo Amplifier (400 Watts, 2x10 in.)
The new DC210XLT is the answer to requests for Eden's highly acclaimed World Tour and David Series in a combo format. Eden's goal in designing the Metro was to create a self-contained unit that sacrificed none of the performance of our separates. The Metro's dual channel preamplifier section gives you the choice of both a tube and solid state preamp, with full footswitch control. Each channel includes an independent effects loop. With 400 watts into 4 ohms (over 600w into 2 ohms), the Metro truly outclasses any 2-10 combo on the market today. Standard features include: switchable automatic compression, five-way semi-parametric tone control and electronic crossover, independent channel effects loops, stereo aux input, headphone out, tuner mute on footswitch, internal speaker on/off, and -12dB pad.

Feature:
Two Switchable preamp channels allows you set up an eq for slap and seperate on for finger style - very useful! Tube Pre is very warm.
Quality:
Fit and finish were perfect out of the box
Value:
A bit pricey, but if you are a pro player this is worth the cash. Hey, it's your sound... arn't you worth it? The should include the cover for this price but that will set you back another $75.00.
Desirability:
Get real, it's an amplifier. If you think an amp has sex appeal I suggest you get a life.
Sound:
Hi Fidelity Sound. Surprising low end. Understand that 2 ten inch speakers can only move so much air. If you are looking for big sound preasure levels, this is not the amp for you. If you are doing club dates, jazz or fusion gigs or small rock venues this will cut stage requirements with clean full sound.
