Feature:
Enough clips to rack upto 12 items. Could have included more though.
Quality:
The original rack shipped to me was not assembled very well. I was unable to mount anything in the top space as one side was ground down about a 1/4" lower than the other. A replacement was sent in only a few days. I now own three.
Value:
My local music store even asked if they could order through me once they found out my price.
Desirability:
As I said before I now own three.
Support:

Overall:
The Shock Mounting is a great idea. I run several Mobile DJ Shows and install Sound Systems. We have two 8 ton cargo vans packed with expensive and delicate equipment. These racks actually help absorb the road and load shocks. The racks are tough and I expect them to add years of life to the gear they now house and protect.
