Audix MB5055 MicroBoom Carbon Fiber Boom and M1255B Condenser Microphone System Reviews

This microphone is the best that I used for for miking my choir and ensembles. when I bought it I was surprised that a $400 mic is small with high sensitively, it pics up up the sound so well that you can even hear every part in great quality. plus its easy on the eyes the carbon fiber micro boom lets you see everybody without distraction. Not only that you can turn the microphone into a hanging mic all you have to do is buy a holder. so all the $150 hanging mics in most churches are not even close to this mic, imagine 3 of the $150 micophones inside one of m1255B microphone. Thats how perfect this mic is. So lets say you want to buy 4 or more of the cheaper microphones for a choir of 40 people, is it really worth it? Verses this mic youll need only 2 because one of the M1255B covers 20 people. Overall no other mic pleased me for miking a choir and recording. I recomend this mic to anybody that has choir. Infact if you have the a choir with a band including a drummer you can buy the M1255B hypercardiod itll focus on the voices in the choir, that way your choir will stand out perfectly in the midst of a band. For a decent person it is wise to not spend less than $400 on a microphone that is going to be used for choirs and over 700 unless you go for better quality and your rich. so buy this mic and youll be amazed like I was.
