I have upgraded from the Duet 1. It is of the same build quality and even a step better on the breakout cables. The OLED screen is a very nice touch. The headphone amp is really really sweet and has it's own DAC with level. The DAC is noticeably sweeter and polished in the mids and smoother in the highs. Translation is better with this DAC. The ADC is killer. Plenty of clean gain with the mic preamps and the preamps can be bypassed. My only complaint is the drivers have an issue with USB2 and sometimes the unit needs to be unplugged and replugged. Happens about 1 time per week with daily use.
