Feature: I love the locate section. Rewind to beginning of the song in a tenth of a second. No wish list yet.
Quality: Unfortunately my HD24 crashed after only 3 days of ownership. It worked great, then the next day for mixing the machine did not turn on. Only the stop soft key was flashing. I turned the machine on in back and used the power soft key in front. Still nothing!! only the stop soft key was lit.
Desirability: I'm disappointed in the HD 24's so called reliability. I might consider trying a second time, but I have trust issues with this machine.
Sound: The sound was amazing. Very crystal clear and yet warm.
Support: The tech support was cold and real vague in their answers. "Yes, No, Maybe, I don't know". etc.
Overall: I'd like the HD 24 if it would have functioned for me. Lots of great features, some of the best drum tracks I've heard. Everything so clean sound wise.
